RailStar Corporation and the Colorado Historical Society Privacy Statement

Protecting your privacy is important to us and we want you to understand what information we collect, how we use it and what steps we take to safeguard your privacy. RailStar Corporation and the Colorado Historical Society do not accept information from individuals under the age of 18.

• If you join as a member, the Colorado Historical Society (CHS) will share your name internally to inform you of current programs of CHS. On occasion CHS will share your name with other cultural organizations in Colorado. If you do not wish to have your name shared with other cultural organizations, please tell us by writing to the Membership Department, Colorado Historical Society, 1300 Broadway, Denver, CO 80203 or call 303-866-3677.

• If you request research services from the Stephen H. Hart Library, we will keep your information on file, but we will use it only to fill your research request and for no other purpose.

• If you join CHS as a volunteer, you will be asked to send in a check for your volunteer organization dues; you will receive all volunteer information and invitations and you will be given an opportunity to join the Colorado Historical Society for a reduced rate if you contribute 25 hours of work to the Society.
