The Georgetown Loop Railroad® and Mining Park is the ideal alpine setting for any wedding or special event. Set in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and surrounded on all sides by breathtaking views, there are few places that compare. Conveniently located just 45 miles west of Denver, the Georgetown Loop can offer a spacious, yet intimate, private event venue. Whether your function will be a lavish affair or a small intimate gathering, you will receive special attention to accommodate all of your needs.
The park itself includes nearly 1,000 acres, twelve buildings, and four railway bridges, including the nearly 100-foot-high Devil’s Gate High Bridge over Clear Creek. The Devil’s Gate station is a spectacular natural Colorado setting, surrounded by aspen and pine trees, and bordered by Clear Creek. This is the perfect backdrop for an outdoor occasion that your family and friends won’t ever forget!
The event planning staff would be delighted to take you on a visit of our engines, rolling stock and facilities. We will provide complimentary train tickets and personally escort you through the area. Please call Susan Edge, our Group Reservation Manager, at 303-569-0133 to schedule a visit. We look forward to showing you what Clear Creek County has to offer!
So, plan on creating your own wonderfully unique memories while becoming a part of the long history of this beautiful and historic state park.
