PHOTOGRAPHY TRAINS

This photo of a camera lens invites the individual to take part in the Georgetown Loop photography trains, where passengers ride and then take a break to go out into the Rocky Mountains with a professional and shoot photos of the scenery and possibly wildlife.

PHOTOGRAPH THE FAMOUS GEORGETOWN LOOP RAILROAD AT THIS FULL DAY WORKSHOP!

Explore the famous Georgetown Loop Narrow Gauge Railroad from behind the scenes.

Professional photographer Gary Gray will take you to areas not accessible by the general public. We'll meet at the Silver Plume station about 1 hour before the first train out that morning. You'll have the opportunity to photograph at the Silver Plume Engine House and rail-yard prior to boarding the train to the Lebanon mine area. We'll then work our way to the back-areas of the railroad where the public isn't allowed, where you will get photographs that can't be found riding the train. We'll then ride the train from the mine area to the Georgetown station and have our lunch. After lunch, we'll hike up the hill to the area above Devils Gate trestle bridge and photograph the train as it passes over the bridge from bridge level.

An exceptionally fun day of photography and riding the vintage trains of the Georgetown Loop. You'll not want to miss out on this photo tour.
